Exercise and bond with your baby in a weekly class specifically designed for new mums.
There will be a relaxed atmosphere in a safe environment with a focus on repairing and restoring your postpartum body and building functional strength. Classes will cover pelvic floor exercises, mobility work, stretching and suitable strength exercises.
Exercise gives you more energy, helps relieve aches and pains and is a great way to improve your mood and mindset with the release of endorphins.
